Introduction

Welcome to Lina Kitchen Hub! These Vendor Terms and Policies ("Terms") govern your use of our platform to list and sell your products. By applying to become a vendor and using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Vendor Application and Approval

To become a vendor, you must submit a complete and accurate application. Lina Kitchen Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Upon approval, you will be granted access to the vendor dashboard to manage your products and orders.

2. Product Listings

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
• All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited items may not be listed on the platform. A list of prohibited items will be provided upon approval.

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment and shipping. You must adhere to the shipping policies communicated to customers. Tracking information must be provided for all shipped orders.

4. Fees and Payments

Lina Kitchen Hub will charge a commission fee on all sales made through the platform. The commission structure will be detailed in your vendor agreement. Payments to vendors will be processed according to the agreed-upon schedule, typically after deducting applicable fees and processing returns.

5. Customer Service and Returns

Vendors are expected to provide excellent customer service. You must handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally and promptly. Return policies must be clearly stated and comply with Lina Kitchen Hub's platform-wide return guidelines.

6. Code of Conduct

Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your vendor account.

7. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, including product images and descriptions, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Termination

Lina Kitchen Hub may terminate or suspend your vendor account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate, with or without notice. You may terminate your vendor account by providing written notice to Lina Kitchen Hub.

9. Amendments

Lina Kitchen Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify vendors of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
